Welcome to the 2024 Summer Co-Ed Team Registration

***Be sure to read all information contained in this Registration as some information has changed!***

This registration session is for teams that are NEW to the League (e.g., the team is not yet on the Areena app).  If you/your team are already on the Areena app, kindly email the League for any registration questions.  This session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation in the League.  Please do NOT make payment through this site; rather, please pay on the Areena App or via Venmo (send payments, not for goods/services, to @charmcitysoccer).  To make payment offline via cash or check, please contact the League at the email address below.  Any Venmo fees charged to the League or any other amounts owed must be paid by the Captain/Assistant Captain before any games may be played by the team.

Important Dates/Deadlines

Early Registration: 'til 5/8/24 at midnight (BEST VALUE)
Regular Registration:  5/9/24 - 5/16/24 at midnight
Late Registration**:  5/17/24 onward
Initial roster/payment deadline - Thursday, 5/16 (by midnight!)°
Initial shirt ordering deadline - Tuesday, 5/28 (by midnight!)°°

 

**Late registration may not be available; it may also result in delays to receipt of jerseys
°Captains are responsible for amounts needed to bring the team up to the minimum number of players (15) required.

Roster Deadlines

Initial Roster deadline – Thursday, February 16 at midnight

The team must have at least 15 players on the team's page on the Areena App by this deadline or action may be taken by the League.  Such action may include assigning Free Agent players to the team (if such players are available), forfeiting that team's spot in the League and the Captain's deposit, or any other actions in the discretion of the League.

Player Fees (Sundays)

Early Registration: $90/player^ (BEST VALUE)
Regular Registration: $100/player^
Late Registration: $110/player^

NOTE:  Your team's per player cost IS determined based on when players are added.  Once the Captain has registered the team, the League will contact the Captain(s) with instructions on how to get their team's players onto the Areena App. 

^Female players will continue to receive an automatic $5.00 discount.  Returning players with a jersey who register as part of a team will continue to receive a $5.00 discount, which will be issued no later than the Final Roster Deadline through a reconciliation with the team's Captain for any fee adjustments.  See the League’s Shirt Policy for more info.  Click here for additional information on pricing, payments, and invoices, as well as a team pricing example.  Please see the explanation of Player Fees, including recent nominal price increases.  See the Registration page for details.

Registration Procedure

We started using an App (Areena) for the League in the Fall of 2023.  This App is currently being built out and is in a beta phase.  We greatly appreciate your patience as we use the app while it continues to evolve.  Here is a summary of the current registration procedure given the new App:

  • Read through and complete this registration (if you don't get an email, you haven't completed it);
  • Submit the appropriate payment amount via Venmo according to the instructions;
  • The League will contact you with further instructions within 24 hours of payment with additional instructions, including a link to register your team in the Areena App (where you will then be able to invite your teammates, who will be able to pay via Venmo or through the App);
  • Free Agents (FAs) - please contact the League with any FA requests ASAP.  Note that females and goalies are rarely available as FAs.
  • Forfeit deposit - each team is required to have a $90.00 forfeit fine submitted to the League (cash or check only), paid by the first game, in case of a team's forfeit during the season.  (See the League's Forfeit Policy for more info).
